As Facebook started to use IP addresses without DNS PTR record, we cannot support
facebookexternalhitUA string anymore as it is blocking Facebook tools (for exampe https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ ). Also, FB changed website with bots documentation and now it is completely missing part about checking bots validity using PTR records - so we will probably need to remove support for Facebook bots at all.
