vLLM with PyTorch v2.9.1
This change updates the base images used to build the
ml-containers/vllm-tensorizerimage to updated versions ofml-containers/torchfrom #116. This brings the PyTorch version in them from v2.8.0 up to v2.9.1, resolving some compatibility issues in vLLM v0.11.2.
