Second batch of gpu stuff, mainly getting primitives working. I have pretty much a full rewrite of the draw code upcoming, so this is to get mostly everything mostly working again before the big main batch.

  • Moved primitives to gpu

  • fixed whatever primitive wrapping was before (though I'm just starting to unravel the madness that is the wrapping code)

  • Added draw depth for primitives
