This PR updates the gRPC query endpoint path in the ADR-011 documentation, changing it from /ibc/apps/transfer/v1/denoms/{denom=*}/total_escrow to /ibc/apps/transfer/v1/total_escrow/{denom=*} for improved clarity and consistency.
