This PR adds the Couchbase Lite JS documentation to the GA (General Availability) release pipeline by integrating it into multiple Antora playbook configurations and promoting it from preview/main branch to a stable release/1.0 branch.
- Added "couchbase-lite-js" component to the Mobile/Edge navigation group across all playbook configurations
- Moved docs-couchbase-lite-js from preview/main branch tracking to stable release/1.0 branch tracking
- Updated several component versions including Server 8.0, Couchbase Lite 4.0, and various SDK releases
