This PR adds in all tests that have no dependence on
remoteshell.pyandhttp_client.py.Features added:
edgeserver.py, coming in from edge-server-temp branch.test_blobs.py,test_crud.py,test_database_edge_server.py, andtest_ttl_expires.py).
