README feedback: structural and content observations

@pmcelhaney asked for thoughts on the updated README. Shared the following observations:

• Stray </div> (line 112) — unmatched; the <div align="center"> is already closed on line 9
• Duplicate intro — opening paragraph and "What is Counterfact?" cover the same ground; one should be a tight hook, the other the full explanation
• "Open to work" appears twice — blockquote after the intro and plain text after Quick Start; consolidate into "About the author"
• Comparison section — three sequential bullet lists would scan better as a single Markdown table
• Quick Start missing local URL — users don't know what address to hit after npx counterfact openapi.yaml starts the server
