This PR updates Chinese comment text throughout the frontend codebase to use a more optimistic messaging style. Instead of comments stating "开源版暂不支持该功能" (Open source version temporarily doesn't support this feature), they are changed to "即将支持，敬请期待" (Coming soon, please stay tuned).

• Removes some internal infrastructure and build configuration files
