Download the latest stable release from the Releases page.

Download an excel template directly from the application or from here.

Fill in the data in the template. Make sure to read the instructions carefully to properly fill-out the template.

Drag and drop the template to the application.

Click the "Generate" button to generate the VAT relief files. The generated files will be saved in the same directory as the template.

Validate the generated files using the BIR Relief v2.3 which includes validation tool.
