Cleanup from the 5.x upgrade, including field merging, new field layout features, implementation of link/color/button group fields, conditions, asset alt text, etc. Migrations in this commit will be discarded. SEED HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED!
Session and cache have been moved to the database
Updates Mix/webpack and all JS dependencies; Ejects any abandoned projects; Removes any bloated/superfluous packages (i.e. Vue, Highway, Locomotion) Unpins specific versions so packages can be upgraded; Eliminates static analysis tools, prettification, and critical CSS; Replaces scroll animation library with basic parallax and "in-view" handlers; Updates sass and squelches compilation deprecation warnings; Reduces (but does not eliminate) NPM security advisories;
We're now just synchronizing this with known transforms
