Summary of the changes / Why this is an improvement
The fixes issues with the TOC navigation from #682. It wasn't working properly across multiple docs projects. Something that wasn't possible to test locally.
As testing is production isn't very attractive #685 introduces a script that will gather all relevant docs projects so it's possible to test locally.
