refactored open source website's home page to implement and align with vocabulary

Description

This PR is a work in regards of phase one(aligning the markup with vocabulary) of implementing the latest version of vocabulary to this codebase.

Technical details

In this PR, I made the following changes

• added a style.css file to be used for local styles
• added bluesky icon and removed twitter's
• updated the header to match the global header specified in vocabulary, and as a result, the mobile menu is aligned too.
• updated the footer to match the global footer and replaced the twitter icon with bluesky
• refactored the code of the hero-section, get-involved section, featured project section and latest blog post section.
• updated the favicons.
