Update Python modules (urllib 2.5.0, etc.)

Technical details

git checkout main
pipenv run pip list > piplist.old
git checkout -b update-python
pipenv update --dev
pipenv run pip list > piplist.new
gsed -e'/^---/d' -i piplist.*
diff -u piplist.old piplist.new

(gsed is GNU Sed installed via Homebrew. The binary name may simply be sed on your system, if you use GNU/Linux.)
