Feature Request: Add Helm Chart for Plutono

As Plutono is becoming a popular replacement for Grafana, it would help tremendously to introduce a Helm chart, similar to Grafana's approach:

• Include necessary Kubernetes manifests for Plutono deployment.
• Provide a values.yaml for easy customisations.
• Offer a README with usage instructions.
• Version the chart in line with Plutono releases.
• Optionally, make the Helm chart publicly accessible via a recognized Helm repository for broader reach and ease of discovery.

Adding a Helm chart would likely increase the adoption rate of Plutono among Kubernetes users.
