Below is a list of antibiotics used in the lab for culturing/selecting for E. coli variants. The following table gives the stock and working concentrations along with any useful info. Below the table is more detailed information about each antibiotic
All stocks should be stored at -20° C. This table should be taken as a quick reference. See each sub section for more details.
