About me

I am a CSA Director for Technical Strategy at Microsoft, where I lead global AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption with strategic customers. My work draws on more than 30 years of experience across technology consulting, solution delivery, sales, and multi-cloud architecture.

Outside my corporate role, I run Blue Electronics and The Retro Hacker, creating open-source hardware and software for vintage computers. I enjoy bringing classic platforms back to life with modern components while documenting the work so others can learn, build, and contribute.

  • Enterprise technology: AI strategy, Microsoft 365 Copilot, cloud architecture, and technical leadership
  • Engineering: FPGA design, embedded systems, digital electronics, and PCB development
  • Software: C, C++, Verilog, VHDL, Python, and PowerShell
  • Current interests: MSX computers, retro hardware preservation, ESP32, RP2040, and open-source design
  • Based in: Brazil

Featured projects

Project What it is
MSX PicoVerse A family of RP2040 and RP2350-powered MSX cartridges with ROM loaders, Nextor storage, memory expansion, USB peripherals, Wi-Fi, and advanced sound emulation. The repository includes ready-to-flash firmware and production-ready hardware files.
ESP32 Clone Series Shared hardware, firmware, and documentation for practical ESP32-S3 recreations of Brazilian 8-bit computers. Current firmware targets the Prologica CP400/CoCo 2 and MSX1, MSX2, and MSX2+ with VGA, USB keyboard, and SD storage.
TRHMSX A low-cost, open-source MSX2+ computer built around a Cyclone I FPGA. It reworks the 1chipMSX architecture with a new PCB and practical enhancements for builders.
uMSX A compact MSX2+ FPGA computer based on the KDL/OCM core and an Altera Cyclone I. Its surface-mount design also makes it a hands-on electronics and SMD soldering project.
ESP32 CP400 An open hardware and software recreation of Brazil's Prologica CP400 and its CoCo 2 environment. The ESP32-S3 design combines VGA output, USB input, SD-backed storage, virtual disks, and joystick support.
Minimig A consolidated hardware and documentation resource for building Minimig, the open-source FPGA recreation of the Commodore Amiga 500. It preserves build information that was previously scattered across offline and aging sources.
TRH9000 An open-source implementation of the GFX9000 graphics expansion for MSX computers. It uses Yamaha's V9990 video processor and provides RGB/VGA, composite, and S-Video outputs.
microSDMapper Wireless An MSX storage cartridge combining a microSD mapper, Nextor, an ESP8266 WebDAV server, and an OLED status display. Files can be managed over Wi-Fi without repeatedly removing the card.
ObsoNET Reloaded A redesigned version of the pioneering ObsoNET Ethernet cartridge for MSX. The RTL8019AS-based board brings Nextor-compatible networking to cases commonly available in Brazil and worldwide.
Wozblaster Reloaded A redesigned Moonsound-compatible OPL4 audio cartridge for MSX, supporting FM and wavetable synthesis. The smaller boards improve case and audio-jack compatibility while retaining the original design's capabilities.
