Error 403 'Forbidden' on SendMessageFunction

Hello everyone,

I'm opening this issue because the SendMessageFunction of the Company Communicator gives an error 403 Forbidden when writing to users that did not install the User application on Teams manually.

I freshly installed the master-v5.31 branch

I'm guessing something is wrong with the proactive User application installation, but I'm not able to guess what.

you need to check the log files for clues. 403 or 401 errors are usually related to permissions defined for the app and secrets.
