Fixed a couple of out-of-bounds writes in
writepoly.cpp. These cause crashes during thefemmcli_TorqueBenchmark.luaandfemmcli_antiperiodicBC_AGE_TorqueBenchmark.luatests if the code is compiled using-D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS.
