This PR simply adds an empty commit to
mainso we don't tag therelease-0.4branch with the same commit that is inmain.Similar to the process in https://github.com/crossplane/release/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/release.md

It's an empty commit, it hasn't been outside of CI 😉
