I can redo this pull against a better branch if you like. Added function to load translation files and created base pot file so we can take advantage of the internationalization strings. Created a Spanish localization. These are the strings from the plugin that were translated, some things were not because they are used the same way in English or Spanish. The translations were checked by a native speaker, I am a spanglish specialist.
