Overview
Bumps the Crowdin iOS SDK release version from 1.12.3 to 1.13.0.

Updates the CocoaPods metadata (CrowdinSDK.podspec) and aligns embedded version reporting (CrowdinSDK.currentVersion) plus the example/ObjC example/tests Podfile.lock files to reference 1.13.0 and the new spec checksum.
