I think this attempt is incomplete: #286 (comment)
Disabling it for the cryostat-reports optional deployment seems like it would also be a goal for this change, and it doesn't look like the "View in Grafana" feature in Cryostat is going to work here without also adjusting Cryostat's GRAFANA_DASHBOARD_EXT_URL environment variable.
