Lore Seeker Desktop 0.2.4

This release fixes an internal inconsistency where the app would consider itself both version 0.0.3 and version 0.2.3 in different parts of the code.

The version jump was an error but the versioning will continue from here to avoid breaking update checks.

New features:

• When an app update is found, the app now offers to download the new version of itself instead of opening the releases webpage.
• The search feature has been updated for the move to lore-seeker.cards.

Known bugs:

• The user interface looks a bit strange in this version. This is in preparation for Mac and Linux support and will hopefully be fixed in the next release.
• There is no cursor when the search bar is selected. (upstream issue)
• There is no screen reader support. (upstream issue)
