Fixing M/L ratios for low-z galaxies

This small release fixes the M/L ratios of the low-z galaxies, so that the counts at bright magnitudes are in better agreement with observations. This is only affecting the UV-NIR counts above magnitudes of ~20, and does not impact the FIR fluxes.
