edited styling for home and randomizer wheel

I edited the styling for the home and randomizer wheel page to be screen responsive for iPhone SE, XR, 12 pro, pixel, and Samsung galaxy

for home page

• changed all margins to be a percentage of the window dimensions, changed fonts to be rem instead of px
• fixed the problem of overlapping welcome text, monthly exercise, tip components
• fixed the styling for the speech bubble and all images to be screen responsive
• added the custom fonts to styling
