REDCap Warn Users of Pending Suspension (WUPS)

This REDCap module warns users of pending account suspensions and provides a simple way for REDCap users to extend their account lifetimes.

Release 3.0.0/3.0.1 stops setting user_lastactivity, stops logging the extension of the suspension time, makes the extension of the suspension time optional, and makes numerous updates to the documentation and authorship credits.
