For image style transfer feature,
we tested that, if a style image includes a face element, then the face embeding encoded by adapater will affect the final image even the controlnet has been feeded with another user's face image.
Apart from this， we also want a specail part of a style image to implement the style transfer.
So, we add the "style_image_mask" option to accomplish it. Fortunately we find current function "encode_image_masked" already supports this similar parameter "mask", so we just expose this parameter and support editing.
In a word:

1. this is an optional parameter
2. usage case: image style transfer , if you don't want some part of a style image to be referenced , a black mask can be filled to that part.
