Publication is failing with a read time out. Waiting on feedbacks on xerial/sbt-sonatype#597 and/or lumidion/sonatype-central-client#18. |

I've added a specific large timeout as suggested in issues and tested successfully in cucumber/action-publish-sbt#33. I'll do a release just to make sure we're still able to do. |
