This PR implements an integration of the new version of QtRVSim WebEvaluation platform, to allow seamless task solving using QtRVSim.
A menu option Options->WebEvalConfig has been added, which allows the user to log in using their API key and the base address of the evaluation server (with the default being https://eval.comparch.edu.cvut.cz).
A dockable window under Windows->WebEval, that allows to preview available tasks, get their template or best/last solution and to also submit the finished solution. All is done by interacting with focused editor window by replacing/reading its content. The task description preview can also be loaded, by automatically formatting the markdown to a dockable window.
