This repository contains the earlier service-oriented phase of Origin OS.
It reflects the original platform direction around:
- UI and chat-driven workflows
- GTM/Codex-style service APIs
- MCP hub integrations
- Docker and service orchestration
- vault/auth utilities
This repository is now archived and is no longer the primary development home for Origin OS.
Active development has moved to origin-os-beta.
The new repository focuses on:
- verifiable execution
- execution manifests
- cryptographic hash chains across steps
- chain verification and audit tooling
- signed attestations
- pluggable chain-store backends
- artifact retention and archival design
Origin OS evolved beyond the original service-oriented layout.
A new repository was created to give the next architecture a clean foundation, clearer protocol boundaries, and a repo structure designed around execution, storage, and verification from the start.
This repo is being kept for reference, historical context, and possible reuse of earlier components.
