Cross-reference visiting external sites anti-pattern

Issue

• The Anti-Pattern description Visiting External Sites and the section in Step 1: Visit a page with the title "Testing Apps You Don't Control" are related and not linked.
• There is no bookmark to reference "Testing Apps You Don't Control".

Change

1. Move "Testing Apps You Don't Control" down the page on Your First Test to allow it to be referenced.
2. Cross-reference the two sections that refer to visiting external sites, between the two pages:
   • Best Practices
   • Your First Test
