Overview
Bumps the dev dependency patch-package from ^7.0.0 to ^8.0.0 (lockfile resolves to 8.0.1) and refreshes yarn.lock. The upgrade pulls in newer transitive deps—notably fs-extra ^10, tmp ^0.2.4 (replacing the older tmp / os-tmpdir chain), and json-stable-stringify—and drops patch-package’s direct use of rimraf ^2.

postinstall still runs patch-package after husky install; no application source or patch files change in this diff.
