Just to be sure: does the build machine have 7z, sfk (Swiss File Knife) and Python executables in the PATH ? And this thing: C:\Program Files (x86)\HTML Help Workshop\hhc.exe |

@d0vgan Available GH runners could be found here https://github.com/actions/runner-images?tab=readme-ov-file#available-images . For used windows-latest the preinstalled SW is https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/windows/Windows2025-Readme.md . 7z is currently at version 25.01, Python 3.9.13, HHC part of Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 installation, sfk installed via chocolatey. |
