Implemented ping capability to get the online status of the computers

This creates the ability to get the status of the computers using ping.
Also, I added a banner in the web UI to show the online status of each of the configured computers.

The code is mostly inspired from the PR #13.

@stefan-golinschi thanks for your quick reply.
I pulled your image and set it up. After editing the csv and adding the broadcast_ip it works so far.
But I don't see the banner in the web UI to show the online status which you mentioned. Do you have any idea what I am missing?
