Updates the bundle to be compatible with Pimcore 12 (Classic Admin UI).
Because type="object" is deprecated in Doctrine we have to migrate the existing columns to JSON.

@solverat Any update on this or general pimcore 12 support?

My guess is that the admin UI needs a complete rewrite for Pimcore Studio, which could be a big challenge.
Another one may be the license change of Pimcore.

I'm going to close this PR as there has been no movement in months.
There might not be any movement at all since the maintainers have created https://github.com/open-dxp/opendxp and maybe they don't want to/need to maintain a Pimcore 12 version of this project.

@solverat if I'm wrong, feel free to re-open the PR or copy over the changes to another branch :)
