container-use v0.2.0

This release renames the default binary for container-use from cu to container-use. cu is still installed as a shortcut, but avoided as a default due to users having issues due to name conflict with Taylor UUCP on MacOS.

This release also fixes many bugs. For more details, check the PRs in the changelog.
