Introduce core Lucid Empire modules including genesis_engine.py, humanization.py, commerce_injector.py, and lucid_launcher.py. Add supporting HTML tools (harvester.html, control_deck.html), test harness, and setup scripts. Update Camoufox Python library and patch files to enforce strict Golden Template fingerprinting, WebGL and timezone spoofing, and behavioral biometrics. Add GitHub Actions workflow for Windows build and provide detailed modification instructions and reports.
