🎯 Why this change?
Users previously could only use
pcc-deploy.tomlin the current directory. This enhancement enables:🔒 Backward Compatibility
✅ No breaking changes - existing workflows continue working exactly as before.

-C(capital) to avoid conflicts with existing-c(credentials) and-f(force) flags
