refactor(tests): pagination config and update namespaces

Replaced PaginationConfigMode with new PaginationMode enum, updating default and test values accordingly. Removed obsolete enum and file. Changed namespaces for application interfaces to NetEvolve.ForgingBlazor. Made minor formatting and consistency improvements.
