Move PendingSubmissionProvider outside the conditional render in RecruiterFullscreenLayout to prevent it from unmounting during auth state changes. This ensures the pending submission (URL or file) is preserved when anonymous users sign up after submitting a job.

Update regex to match -f and --force only as standalone flags, not when they appear as part of branch names (e.g., anonymous-flow).
- Deleted `mockData` from `OnboardingView` and related references. - Removed unused loading animation logic and mock opportunity data.
