Fixed:

  • bug in parser: randomization mode SVCD was not valid because of typo.
  • bug in corr_comp_scatter.py: dataframe was not merged on both the drug/cell line AND the CV split

Added:

  • cross-study prediction tables
  • statistical measure for evaluation
