Add K3s 1.34.3 and 1.35.0 support

Adds two new stable K3s versions:
- v1.34.3 (latest stable patch for 1.34.x)
- v1.35.0 (stable release from December 23, 2025)

Both versions use the standard image template:
rancher/k3s:v${major}.${minor}.${patch}-k3s1
