Because it depends on zkcrypto/merlin#11 which is unmerged at the moment

Hmm, I also see this includes a lot of unrelated changes it might be nice to break down into separate PRs, like an edition upgrade

The unrelated changes are due to a merge with main. I can split that first if you want (or merge main in rustcrypto-new-releases and I'll rebase).

I've removed the MSRV bump from here for now, but I'll need you to merge main in rustcrypto-new-releases for the rest.

EDIT: actually, I've put the MSRV in there because I needed to bump the MSRV to have ci work with the rustcrypto crates which now requires 1.85. (MSRV changes are in https://github.com/baloo/curve25519-dalek/tree/baloo/msrv-1.85)

Merged main but seems I need to cut an ed25519 release to update the crates
