Clarify gitconfig settings for using delta with blame - #2228

Otherwise the link to the example gitconfig was very puzzling, as it already has
[core]
pager = delta
and so
[pager]
blame=delta
was not needed. Now that is explicit and should people like me cratching their heads for a few minutes.
