Add the option to display MediaStyle notifications

Commit message:

Android now has the capability of displaying MediaStyle notifications
which are better aligned with the Material Design standards and blend
better into the OS than custom notifications.

This commit adds an option in the Playback section to show notifications
using the MediaStyle style.

@avm99963 Out of curiosity have you been using this in your normal usage? I'm notice that a lot of times the notification will disappear after a minute and only be accessible if I drag down the the top bar of quick tiles. I honestly haven't spent much time listening to music since upgrading to Android 11 so I'm not sure if this is broken or just the new normal (shitty) behavior for music apps that use the default media style.

Just installed the 5.5.1-beta release with this feature, and my notifications are just black and white with no album or artist information nor artwork.

Edit: Wow, those screenshots are big. Sorry about that.

I will close it once I'm sure I won't use it. People are reporting not all is peachy with the new media notifications right now.
