This change makes a couple of large changes:

• Updating the suburbs, regions, providers to latest
  • This included several new service providers and quite a few additional suburbs
• Migrating from poetry to uv (including switching from black and isort to ruff.
• Improved typing support and general refactoring to be more pythonic

Warning

This release introduces several deprecation's such as get_json, get_xml and get_raw which are now just json, xml and raw respectively. Existing methods are supported but will log a warning.
