The
killcommand JSON output now includes apidfield that contains the process ID of the killed process. For parity with thelaunchcommand output.The
file pushcommand now respects the--nojsonflag. Previous implementation was checking the undocumented--jsonflag instead ofJSONdisabledvariable. Also removed thesuccessfield sinceexitIfErroris checked before-hand.
