851 multiclass svm

Four files have been added, which include the implementation of the SVM algorithm:

1. A L2_SVM_.daph file containing the binary classification algorithm.
2. An SVM_Multiclass_.daph file containing the multiclass classification algorithm.
3. An SVM_Predict_.daph file for prediction using the trained model.
4. A mSVM_Test_.daph file that generates a random dataset based on user-defined specifications and tests the algorithm.
