Summary
This PR enables branches to have independent schemas and cluster keys. Previously branch snapshots inherited schema and cluster-key configuration from the base/main table; after this change a branch may define and evolve its own table schema and cluster key independently without accidentally inheriting or losing cluster-key metadata from the referenced snapshot.
Branches may now specify their own schema and cluster key when created or modified. Branch-specific schema and cluster-key metadata are stored on the branch head snapshot (and in branch refs) rather than being forced to follow the base snapshot.
