We encounter many azure customers that love Databricks Asset Bundles but struggle to utilize them in a ci/cd manner within their azure environment. This folder/project aims to give azure customers a jump start into a proper ci/cd process for their asset bundles. This project follows azure architecture best practices, detects only dab folders that have changed, and utilizes azure managed identities for auth. Users can clone this folder and have a running azure pipeline within minutes.

Overall LGTM but I'm not sure if it's the best place to store this example, @pietern WDYT?

@DoyleDev - do you perhaps also have examples how to do it in a multi-environment e.g. dev, test etc... and how to use overwrites of variables / parameters?
